Good Ambience, pretty nice songs plays on the background, good trainers, good pricings, pt is also effective, not the most number of machines i have seen but really good quality machines, machines don't have the highest weigh level ive seen in many gyms but overall gym experience is great and they even give diet plan which is flexible
