Gym can be a daunting place, especially for beginners. But Elevate wellness has equipment from beginner friendly to advanced level and their trainers are very helpful and friendly. It's very nice going to the gym. We enjoy everything here like yoga, dance and gym exercises. Yoga instructor and dance instructors are extremely nice. All gym trainers are very helpful. The best part is that there are lady instructors. Rachna mam helped us a lot. Thanku mam.
