Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized fitness training sessions to clients, taking into account their goals and needs.Offer diet counseling services to help clients achieve weight management goals through healthy eating habits.Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.Develop strong communication skills with clients to build trust and provide exceptional customer service.Conduct group classes such as Zumba, yoga, and strength training exercises for a fun and engaging workout experience.Desired Candidate Profile3-6 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer or instructor.Certification in CPR/AED certification required; additional certifications in nutritionist activities, sports training, functional training, or other relevant fields preferred.Strong knowledge of exercise science principles including anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology etc. .Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate clients towards achieving their fitness goals.
