As a YouTube Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance and optimize the company's YouTube presence through targeted content planning. Your role will involve analyzing channel performance, devising audience engagement strategies, identifying content creation opportunities, managing upload schedules, and collaborating with production teams. Additionally, you will be monitoring YouTube trends and ensuring compliance with platform policies to maximize channel impact and viewership.
