Role Description

This is a YouTube Growth Strategist role based in Indore. The primary responsibility is to strategize and execute plans to drive substantial growth for the YouTube channel. Daily tasks include analyzing channel performance and metrics, identifying opportunities for content optimization, creating growth strategies, fostering community engagement, and collaborating with content creators and marketing teams to align goals and maximize results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and Sales strategies to enhance channel visibility and engagement.
• Experience in Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to develop and maintain connections with the channel's audience.
• Strong skills in Event Planning to conceptualize and organize opportunities for collaborations, live sessions, or promotional events.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive strategic decision-making and foster team collaboration.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics, social media strategies, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in content-driven platforms or creating strategies for audience growth is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
