• Has conceptualised and scripted explainer videos for YouTube
• Understands YouTube growth: thumbnails, hooks, storytelling, retention
• Strong structured thinking and clarity of thought
• Impeccable written + spoken English

• Has run YouTube for a brand or as a creative strategist
• Is a solo creator with a sharp explainer/tutorial-style channel
