Worst customer service ever.they just take ur compliant and will have no update on the resolution.there is no technical staff available to solve ur problem.no one knows the issue.my internet service was death for 3 days and no one could even give me correct update.please dont trust there services and take long prepaid plans

Really good service, in Lockdown only Broadband operator who work, listen customer problem and resolve. Right choice .... Keep it up …

Absolutely pathetic service. Even their appellate authority will do not anything to ensure that you get the service that you paid for.

Pathetic Service. Most of the time internet connection is not working at all. I had bought one full year's plan and now repenting!!

Worst service...do not acknowledge any complaints..no body py heed to customer complain..no body resolves issue though I have raised complaint 7 days back....

They are big time theif who takes your hard earned money by giving false commitment and will never refund your money..it's being 1 month they have not returned my money

Very poor service they told us that they will put the net in seven days this is the 15 day still no work is getting forward and the site is also showing the same
