Very bad speed, and customer service. It just works good when you take up the connection, and speed degrades very bad after a couple of months to the extent that you are not able to open a speed test website. And customer service just …

Very pathetic service... Gentle advice not to take connection from You broadband. I have taken it but now regretting as I am facing issues intermittently and moreover their customer care is of no use. They will tell you to wait for call …

Worst internet services there fibers are perpetually damaged .....the connection does not work 4- 5 days in a week ...please don't invest here

Worst internet provider, no work ethics, poor customer service, took money for router and didn't provide. Then had to purchase router on my own. now no internet connection for 5 days and no one even bothers even after calling customer care 20 times a day. Please purchase if you are in for mental torture.

Fraud is an understatement for You Broadband. I paid for their subscription on 15th April 2020 and they could never provide the connection. Since then, I have been following up for refund with no success. Their cust care agents lie and sale guy - is incommunicado.

Pathetic. Probably the worst ISP in mumbai Since last 1 month i have been following up on my complaint and till now not. Single call has been received and my connection is still not fixed.

Have tried many internet service but have YOUBroadband to be the best so far Shifted my location and the entire process was hassle free. Keep up the good work .

It's been 5 days since our net is down.Day one they said cable is broken .Would be rectified within few hours. Day 6 and still the same. No one is picking calls now. No response.This is in Navi Mumbai
