Job Description

Conduct yoga sessions for patients, tailored to their needs and abilities. Adapt yoga practices to accommodate patients' physical limitations, health conditions, and mobility issues. Help patients manage stress, anxiety, and pain through yoga and breathing techniques. Assist patients in improving flexibility, balance, and mobility through gentle yoga stretches and movements. Teach patients yoga techniques, breathing exercises, and relaxation methods to promote self-care and well-being. Take necessary precautions to ensure patient safety during yoga sessions, including assessing patients' physical limitations and health conditions.
