yoga coach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily yoga sessions for students as per the schedule.
• Teach various styles of yoga (e.g., Hatha, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Meditation).
• Plan age-appropriate yoga routines ensuring safety and correct posture.
• Educate students on the importance of yoga, mindfulness, and healthy living.
• Maintain discipline and punctuality during sessions.
• Conduct yoga demonstrations and special sessions during school events or Yoga Day celebrations.
• Monitor and record student progress and participation.
• Coordinate with the sports/physical education department for integrated wellness programs.
• Ensure yoga equipment and space are maintained in good condition.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Yoga Education / Yoga Science from a recognized institution.
• Certification from a recognized yoga institute (e.g., Ayush, Yoga Alliance, etc.) preferred.
• Prior experience as a Yoga Instructor or Physical Education Teacher (1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and safety principles.
• Calm, patient, and motivating personality.

Work Schedule:

As per school/organization timetable (morning and/or evening sessions).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
