Location : Kothamangalam Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management Create, manage, and grow YKS Travels’ presence across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan and execute engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns. Handle paid social media ads (Meta Ads, Instagram promotions, etc.) for lead generation. Monitor analytics and engagement performance to improve reach and conversions. Coordinate with the design team for creatives and video content. SEO & Website Optimization Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Improve website ranking and traffic through content optimization and backlinks. Manage Google Business Profile, update listings, and monitor reviews. Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush (if available). Lead Generation & Reporting Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate quality travel inquiries. Maintain weekly performance and ROI reports for management review. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media and SEO (preferably in the travel or hospitality sector). Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Reels, and Google SEO best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
