Job Summary / Objective: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our SaaS services company. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in generating outbound leads, building relationships, and identifying opportunities for the sales team. This role serves as the frontline of our sales process, contributing directly to the growth and success of our organisation. The primary responsibility includes generating leads via phone calls, social media (LinkedIn), and emails. A - Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research, track, maintain, and update leads from the Target List and Database and identify potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms. Initiated contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with our target customer profile. Outreach and Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, goals, and needs. Present our value proposition and schedule meetings for Pre-Sales Executives. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Pre-Sales Executives to hand off qualified leads effectively. Provide detailed notes and insights on each prospect to facilitate seamless transitions. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM. Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Develop a thorough understanding of our company’s solutions and their benefits. B - Skills / Attributes Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven experience with cold calling, as well as proficiency in email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting. Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly. Proficient in research and database maintenance. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM systems, such as SalesForce or HubSpot Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. C- Qualifications / Experience Required: MBA / BE degree (with Civil Engineering would be an added advantage) 1-3 years of experience in Demand Generation is preferred. However, we're flexible with these criteria and open to considering candidates with various experience levels. Preference for candidates from the B2B sector, SAAS, Real Estate and AEC industries. Previous experience with ESRI, Zeitview India, JLL, CBRE, Bentley Systems, Autodesk, Neilsoft, MicroGenesys or similar organisations is a plus. D - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of qualified leads generated per month. Outreach activity volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages). Conversion rate from lead to sales-qualified lead (SQL). Meetings scheduled for Account Executives. E-Assessment Process: Introduction Interview: Evaluation of soft skills, stability, communication, presentability, job stability, and clarity of job role. Assessment: Candidates will present a sales pitch for the YelloSKYE product to the hiring team. HR Round: Discussion on salary, joining date, and notice period. We are experiencing rapid growth and seeking a full-time Growth Marketing manager to spearhead our YelloSKYE’s marketing initiatives. Job Summary / Objective The Growth Manager – Marketing will be key in developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand presence, demand generation, and customer engagement. This hands-on role requires expertise in digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Demand Generation Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Create and manage inbound demand generation funnels to drive high-quality leads. 2. Social Media Management & Engagement Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube platforms. Interact with followers, respond to queries, and build relationships with influencers and stakeholders. Monitor performance metrics, optimise content, and experiment with new ideas to enhance engagement. Research and develop compelling content across blogs, case studies, website copy, social media, and email campaigns. Ensure messaging is clear, impactful, and aligned with YelloSKYE’s brand positioning. 3. SEO, SEM & Paid Advertising Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimisation , and run Google Ads & social media ads to drive traffic. Optimise ad spending to ensure high ROI. 5. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing Plan, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns , including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing. 6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct in-depth research on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitors to refine marketing strategies. Stay ahead of emerging social media and digital marketing trends . 7. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate marketing success and refine strategies accordingly. Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights . 8. Collaboration & Third-Party Management Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Manage relationships with vendors, content creators, and partners to enhance marketing efforts. Skills & Attributes Required 5 - 7 years of experience in growth marketing, social media management, and digital strategy. However, we're flexible with this criteria and open to considering candidates with various experience levels. Strong storytelling, communication, and writing skills. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM software. Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content marketing. A proactive, research-driven, and detail-oriented mindset. Passion for innovation and experimenting with new marketing techniques.
