Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP QM implementations across all phases: design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with quality processes.
Configure inspection planning, results recording, notifications, and audits.
Integrate QM with SAP PP, MM, SD, and other modules.
Draft functional specs and coordinate with ABAP developers.
Conduct workshops, training, and UAT sessions.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Provide expert support during hypercare.
Ensure compliance with industry and internal quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, IT, or related field.
8-10+ years of SAP QM experience with 3+ full-cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Proficiency in SAP PP, MM, SD integration.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
