About the Role We’re not building another app. We’re building a living interface between humans and AI — one that feels intuitive, emotional, and deeply human. As a Product Designer , you’ll define how that intelligence expresses itself — visually, behaviorally, and experientially. You’ll work directly with the founder, engineering, and AI teams to design the product logic, system flows, and emotional resonance that make our Human Experience Engine feel alive. This is not a hand-off design role. You’ll shape how product decisions translate into meaningful experiences that redefine how people interact with intelligent systems worldwide. What You’ll Be Doing Translating vision and product requirements into elegant, functional, and scalable design systems. Designing full product journeys — from onboarding and in-app interactions to long-term experience arcs. Building and evolving Figma systems: responsive components, design tokens, and motion prototypes. Working with AI and backend teams to ensure logic, data, and emotion converge in the interface. Leading end-to-end design sprints to test hypotheses and evolve the core product flow. Defining emotional design patterns that align with cognitive science and behavioral psychology. Contributing to product strategy through data-driven and intuition-led design insights. What You Bring 3–5 years of professional experience in product design or interaction design . Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and component architecture). Proven experience designing mobile-first products and scalable web experiences. A balance of visual clarity and systems thinking — you design for coherence, not just aesthetics. Ability to translate ambiguous AI concepts into human-centered interactions. Based in Bengaluru with in-person collaboration availability. Bonus: Curiosity about AI, neuro-aesthetics, behavioral design , or cognitive interfaces. What You’ll Get Direct collaboration with the founder and core AI/product team . Ownership of the end-to-end product design system and UX foundation. Freedom to experiment — your work will go live fast and evolve even faster. Daily exposure to deep tech, human behavior, and emotional design. A path to equity and design leadership based on impact, not tenure.
