The role is focused on driving adoption of Xalts AI agents across treasury and finance teams. You ll own the full sales cycle identifying opportunities, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and closing deals. This is a commercially accountable role with deep product exposure, ideal for someone who understands how large finance organizations work and knows how to drive enterprise decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in treasury or finance transformation consulting. This role is a blend of domain expertise, commercial execution, and problem-solving. Responsibilities Own and close enterprise sales opportunities from initial outreach to signed contracts. Build and manage senior relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Transformation, and Shared Services leaders. Position Xalts AI agents as a transformative solution across treasury and finance workflows. Partner with internal pre-sales, and product teams to shape compelling demos, proposals, and commercial structures. Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions with enterprise stakeholders. Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets. Contribute field insights to influence product roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities In the realm of Company Governance Support, you will collaborate with corporate secretarial and compliance vendors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of filings, registers, and other documentation across the company's legal entities. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining audit readiness across multiple jurisdictions and tracking regulatory requirements while assisting with board/shareholder documentation needs. When it comes to Product Usage Monitoring and Engagement, you will be tasked with creating and updating dashboards to monitor usage patterns and event logs for specific client accounts. Additionally, you will support the onboarding process for junior users at client organizations by providing walkthroughs, explainer content, and demo sessions. It will be essential to coordinate internally to keep materials current and address any usage issues promptly. For Executive Support (CXOs), you will be responsible for scheduling meetings and managing calendars for key external discussions involving the CXOs. You will also track and follow up on action items where founder involvement is not immediately necessary, as well as maintain internal trackers to ensure seamless task management.
