Xactly Developer SAAS Support

Role Overview: You play a crucial role in supporting and advancing the usage of the Sales Compensation solution within the organization. Your responsibilities include developing, configuring, and maintaining the Xactly Incent, Connect, and Extend platform to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Additionally, you will design, develop, and test reports & dashboards, coordinate with the Xactly support team for implementation and deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure seamless integration between Xactly Connect and other systems like Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, configure, and maintain the Xactly Incent, Connect, and Extend platform - Design, develop, and test reports & dashboards - Coordinate with the Xactly support team for implementation and deployment - Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams for seamless integration - Create documentation and resources for user understanding - Implement customizations or enhancements within Xactly Connect to meet business requirements - Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance on Xactly applications - Manage permissions, access, personalization, and system settings for Xactly users Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience - Proven experience as a system administrator focusing on incentive compensation platforms - Experience with the Xactly platform is a must Additional Details: You should have at least 3 years of experience with Xactly Incent and Connect, along with knowledge of incentive compensation processes and best practices. SQL proficiency, understanding of native and delta schemas in Connect, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools are required. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.,
