Job Description Mentor students in end-to-end app development, including ideation, coding, testing, and deployment of iOS applications. Provide hands-on training in app development using Apples tech stack (e.g., Swift, Xcode, and other relevant frameworks). Guide students through real-world app deployment processes, including App Store submission and compliance with Apple guidelines. Share industry insights and best practices to prepare students for professional app development roles. Assist students in debugging and troubleshooting their projects, ensuring a practical and engaging learning experience. Collaborate with other facilitators to integrate technical, UI/UX, and business aspects into a cohesive learning program. Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest trends, tools, and standards in iOS app development. Participate in industry networking and establish connections to help students transition into professional opportunities. Work experience 7+ years of experience in iOS app development, with a strong portfolio of successfully developed and deployed applications on the App Store. Hands-on experience with Apples technology stack, including Swift , Objective-C , Xcode , and frameworks like SwiftUI, UIKit, Core Data, and ARKit. Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs, cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS), and payment gateways in iOS apps. Previous experience as a mentor, trainer, or facilitator in a professional or academic setting is desirable. Experience in leading or managing app development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, business strategists, QA testers, etc.). Familiarity with current trends and best practices in mobile app development, including Agile or Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, team members and industry personnel effectively.
