Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplaces Account Manager and Growth Specialist to oversee and drive sales growth on Amazon and other marketplaces such as Flipkart etc. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Marketplace accounts to ensure maximum sales growth and brand visibility. Develop and execute strategies for product listings, including keyword optimization, SEO, and compelling product descriptions. Monitor account health metrics and address any compliance or performance-related issues. Plan and manage advertising campaigns using Amazon Sponsored Ads and other promotional tools. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights for growth. Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations. Develop and execute promotional strategies, including deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns. Stay updated with Amazon marketplace policies, trends, and algorithm changes. Handle customer reviews, feedback, and returns to maintain a positive brand reputation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. Proven track record of increasing sales and improving account performance. Proficiency in Amazon advertising tools (e.g., Sponsored Ads, Brand Ads). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Amazon's guidelines, algorithms, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and Amazon-specific analytics platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Amazon Advertising or eCommerce-related courses is a plus.
