As a Marketing Specialist for our Shopify e-commerce store, your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies to drive website traffic and increase sales. You will be responsible for coordinating with the Social media team for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Implementing SEO best practices to improve organic traffic will be a key focus area. Collaborating with influencers and affiliates to promote our brand will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will create and manage email marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to enhance user experience and sales through conversion rate optimization (CRO). Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive website traffic and increase sales. - Co-ordinate with Social media team for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc. - Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic. - Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to promote our brand. - Create and manage email marketing campaigns. - Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly. - Work on conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance user experience and sales. Qualifications Required: - At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing a Shopify e-commerce store. - Hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing. - Strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing. - Experience with influencer collaborations and performance tracking. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns. - Prior experience in perfume, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
