D2C Shopify Growth Specialist

As a marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving website traffic and increasing sales. This will involve coordinating with the Social Media team to manage Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms effectively. You will also need to implement SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and collaborate with influencers and affiliates to promote our brand. In addition, you will be tasked with creating and managing email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, and working on conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve user experience and boost sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing a Shopify e-commerce store and possess hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing. Furthermore, a strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing is essential for this role, along with prior experience in influencer collaborations and performance tracking. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns is crucial. Previous experience in perfume, beauty, or lifestyle brands would be advantageous.
