Workspace Design Lead

As an experienced Architectural Design and Leadership professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of interior designers and overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects. Your strong portfolio in commercial or co-working space projects will be essential in driving architectural designs and concepts for both new and existing projects. You will guide and mentor the design team, encouraging innovation and collaboration while working closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, engineers, operations team, management, external vendors, and stakeholders. Your role will involve conducting Bill of Quantity (BoQ) discussions with the Landlord and ensuring closure of all related documentation. Building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for design and project work will be crucial. You will be accountable for creating detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, sustainability practices, and NBC norms. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will oversee timely delivery and budget alignment. Conducting quality checks and due diligence to uphold design integrity and compliance will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be expected to ensure project completion within budget by negotiating on the BoQ and finalizing it within the stipulated timeline.,
