Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound cold calls to prospective leads from various sources • Follow up via WhatsApp, email, and phone to convert leads into enrollments • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, etc. • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status • Track and update lead progress in CRM or Excel-based tools • Handle objections confidently and provide course information persuasively • Coordinate with the academic team for trial classes, demos, or onboarding • Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions • Provide timely and professional communication to all prospects • Report daily progress and insights to the sales manager Requirements: • Proven EdTech inside sales experience, especially in selling Tech or Finance-related courses • Strong English communication and presentation skills • Fast learner with sound knowledge of popular tech domains (AI/ML, DevOps, Data Science, Stock Market, etc.) • Proficient in WhatsApp & email follow-ups • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets for tracking leads • High ownership, target-driven attitude, and strong follow-through Bonus: Experience selling high-ticket online courses or certification programs

Hiring Part-Time Marketing Executive (Email Marketing). Work 3–4 hrs/day, Mon–Fri, Sat–Sun off. Must be quick learner, adaptable, with decent email marketing knowledge & strategy skills. Immediate joiner preferred.
