Workforce Software Consultant - SAP Time & Attendance

As a Workforce Software Consultant specializing in SAP Time & Attendance at Wipro Limited, your role will involve leveraging your expertise to deliver discrete projects with minimal supervision. You will be expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of clients" business issues and tailor consulting solutions to generate maximum value through idea generation and engagement experience. Your primary skills should include proficiency in ACT, INTERFACES, REPORTING, and TIME & ATTENDANCE within the Workforce Software domain. Additionally, familiarity with WFS Architecting, WFS Interfaces, Reporting, Scheduler, and/or Advanced Scheduler will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 5-10 years of experience with ADP Workforce Software, with a strong focus on reporting, analytics, and data visualization. - Experience with Advanced Scheduler, Configuration, and Workforce Time Interfaces is a plus. - Configure WFS modules such as Time, Scheduling, ACT, and Forecasting. - Develop and test custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or SQL. - Conduct unit/system testing and validate against business requirements. In your role, you will be expected to: - Serve as an ambassador for Wipro's tenets and values, garnering positive feedback from multiple clients. - Coordinate teams of consultants as a Consulting Project Manager to ensure the quality of deliverables. - Demonstrate flexibility in approach and coordinate resources with expertise in various areas. - Maintain a decisive and directive delivery focus with a can-do attitude, showcasing both hard and soft skills. - Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, building trust and confidence through a focus on quality and delivery. - Engage effectively with clients, extracting information and developing facilitation and communication skills. - Ensure project administration tasks are up to date, such as Statements of Work (SoW) and tagging. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory skills in SAP Time & Attendance Management by WFS. - Possess 5-8 years of relevant experience.
