Workflow Automation Expert

As a part of IT GF, your role will involve addressing information and technology needs to support digital transformations within the organization. By developing and administering IT plans and processes, you will drive functional priorities and deliver systems/applications development in line with business strategy and objectives. Your focus will be on designing and implementing digital process automation solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and continuously improved within the business environment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for BPM projects. - Define development artifacts, manage assigned work items, and report on implementation progress. - Implement BPM solutions and integrate them with other enterprise systems and applications. - Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Ensure quality assurance for your own and peer code, adhering to design standards and best practices. - Create comprehensive documentation for BPM solutions. - Proactively contribute to improving team methodologies and assets. - Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. - Resolve complex or urgent events, incidents, problems, and changes. - Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT major (M. Sc. desirable) - Experience: More than 4 years - Excellent communication skills in English - Analytical mindset and strong knowledge of fundamental IT concepts (Infrastructure, Network, Databases, Interfaces, ERP Systems - especially SAP S4/Hana) - Multiple years of experience developing automation solutions based on Bizagi (On-Prem & Cloud). Certifications in other BPM tools and MS Power are desirable. - Ability to write code in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, VBA - Outstanding problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
