Workday Supply Chain Management(SCM) Analyst

As a Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst, your role will involve utilizing your technical expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating Workday Supply Chain Management modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in Workday integration tools like EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, and Web Services (WWS) to design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems. - Utilizing your strong experience in data migration, data transformation, and data loading techniques within Workday using tools such as EIB, iLoad, or similar, with a familiarity of the Workday Data Model being an added advantage. - Applying your technical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve complex technical issues within Workday SCM, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Creating and configuring custom reports and dashboards in Workday, including utilizing reporting tools like Workday Report Writer and Workday Prism Analytics. - Leveraging your programming/development skills in areas such as advanced calculated fields, custom business process configuration, and scripting (e.g., Workday BIRT reports, WSDL, REST APIs) for optimal performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Workday SCM Technical Expertise with a focus on Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Management modules. - Proficiency in Workday Integration Tools like EIB, Workday Studio, and Web Services (WWS). - Strong experience in data migration, data transformation, and data loading techniques within Workday. - Technical problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within Workday SCM. - Experience in creating and configuring custom reports and dashboards in Workday. - Programming/Development Skills including experience with advanced calculated fields, custom business process configuration, and scripting. - Project Management Skills with experience in agile methodologies. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective technical information conveyance. - Preferred skills include Workday certifications in SCM or related modules, hands-on experience with other cloud-based ERP systems, and familiarity with advanced Workday functionalities.
