Workday Studio Integration

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in requirement gathering and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on integration goals.
• Design and build complex, end-to-end Workday integrations, including advanced XSLT coding.
• Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Payroll Integrations, and Web Services.
• Create complex reports leveraging Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reporting techniques.
• Collaborate closely with business and development teams to design, document, and implement enhancements.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills:

• Workday Studio (strong hands-on experience required)
• Workday Integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Payroll Integrations
• Web Services: SOAP and REST APIs
• XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON
• Advanced Workday reporting: Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports

Certifications:

• Workday Integration Certification (optional but preferred)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within team environments
