Workday Studio Integration

As a Workday Studio Integration Consultant at Fission Labs, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and supporting integrations between Workday and other systems using the Workday Integration Hub. Your expertise will ensure seamless data flow and process automation within the organization's Workday environment. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy custom integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools. - Leverage Workday Integration Hub capabilities to optimize and manage data flows between Workday and other enterprise applications. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing integrations to ensure they are functioning as intended. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other IT teams to understand integration requirements and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations and promote best practices within the team. Qualifications: - Proficiency in developing complex integrations using Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of Workday's Integration Hub and its functionalities, including working with HCM Connectors and HCM Data models. - Expertise in integration technologies such as XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and API management. - Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve integration-related issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
