About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Spoke Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow Integration Hub to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday integration tools, ServiceNow HRSD, and API-based integrations. This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between Workday and ServiceNow using Workday Spoke and other integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain integrations using

  Workday Spoke for ServiceNow Integration Hub

  .
• Work closely with HR and IT teams to develop and optimize

  ServiceNow HRSD

  workflows leveraging Workday data.
• Develop, test, and support integrations using

  XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs

  .
• Ensure seamless data flow between Workday and ServiceNow environments.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration design and delivery.
• Maintain documentation for integration configurations, workflows, and processes.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Spoke for ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Expertise in Workday integration tools and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of OAuth and SAML authentication protocols.
• Experience working in hybrid or large-scale enterprise environments.

Required Experience

• 57 years of experience in Workday integrations and ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Proven track record of delivering robust and scalable HR integrations.
