Workday Security Architect / Configurator

**Job Description** You will be joining a global climate technologies company focused on sustainability, creating efficient residential, commercial, and industrial spaces through HVACR technologies. As a Workday Security Architect / Configurator, your role is crucial in ensuring the security of the global Workday environment to enhance operational efficiency and support the achievement of business objectives. - Ensure that Workday security design and configuration adhere to security policies and controls while granting necessary access to users for their job responsibilities. - Perform Workday security configuration tasks. - Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues escalated by the HR Ops team. - Create and update role-based and user-based security groups configurations. - Establish user-based and role-based security groups as required, with role assignments managed by HR Ops. - Understand the technical composition of roles and the Workday security model. - Conduct audits on the Workday system to ensure compliance with Copeland security standards and policies. - Proficiency in Workday security design and configuration. - Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving security-related issues. - Ability to create and manage role-based and user-based security groups effectively. - Understanding of technical role composition and the Workday security model. - Experience in auditing systems for compliance with security standards and policies.,
