Workday Integration Developer

As a Workday Integration Developer with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will collaborate with Business/Product owners to design, develop, and deliver clean and efficient code based on specifications. Your responsibilities will include integrating software components and third-party programs, as well as verifying, deploying, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software systems. Gathering and evaluating user feedback, recommending and executing improvements, and creating technical documentation for reference and reporting will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be involved in personnel and organization management tasks such as configuring Supervisory Organization, Locations, Job Family, Job Profile, and Benefit Plan. Your expertise in Compensation package, grade, and plan, Business Processes like Hire/Rehire Action, Approval Chain, and Checklist, Security roles and groups, Custom Reports, and testing methodologies will be essential for success in this role. In addition, you should have strong experience with web service integrations (SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT), understanding of HCM Workday data conversion loads, End-to-End Workday business process testing, and ideally possess an active Workday Certification. Effective communication skills, team collaboration, in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, consulting abilities, and presentation skills are required attributes. Your role will involve working with Workday, Web Service Integrations, Core HCM, and Connectors. The hiring process will include screening, two technical rounds, and a final HR round. Your experience in all phases of testing, including System Testing, Regression testing, User Acceptance, and Performance Testing, will be crucial for success in this position.
