Workday Integration Developer

As a motivated and customer-oriented Workday Senior Developer at Aristocrat, you will play a crucial role in project engagements by demonstrating solid approaches on integration development for Workday implementations. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Solid knowledge and experience with Workday Studio and PECI. - Configure and develop technical integrations using various tools such as Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and XPath. - Understand data conversion concepts and their impacts on business processes, such as Workday iLoads. - Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review design, and define functional specifications. - Create technical design specs, perform unit & system Integration tests, deploy and support all Workday integrations. - Manage Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production. - Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors. - Work in projects involving multiple systems while solving functional/architectural/technical issues. - Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate systems integration approaches based on customer landscape and desired outcomes. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment, especially with virtual geographically diverse teams. - Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency. **Good to have:** - Experience in US Benefits State Reporting (End to End). - Knowledge of middleware such as Dell Boomi and MuleSoft. **What We're Looking For:** - Total 2 - 5 years of experience in Workday. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job. **Why Aristocrat ** Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, delivering exceptional performance for B2B customers and bringing joy to millions of players.
