Workday Integration Analyst

As a Workday Integration Analyst at Commvault, you will play a crucial role in optimizing existing integrations to enhance efficiency and system performance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data security, compliance, and governance across all integrations, as well as designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday APIs. You will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting integration errors to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. Additionally, you will support Workday bi-annual releases by assessing their impact on integrations and conducting end-to-end testing. Your role will also involve system and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new integrations and enhancements, as well as documenting integration designs, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures. As the primary point of contact for Workday integration issues and data flow inconsistencies, you will collaborate closely with IT and vendors to resolve API connectivity and authentication issues. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in Workday integrations and system administration. You should possess a strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PEO, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services. Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, and scripting languages is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, and security authentication errors. Workday Integration Certification or Workday Studio Certification is preferred, and security and SaaS experience would be a significant advantage.
