Workday HRIS Analyst

As an HRIS Workday Analyst in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for various technical and functional aspects related to Workday system. Your duties will include working on Reporting and Integrations, such as creating Custom Reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix Reports), managing Report Fields, Business Objects, and Data Sources, as well as handling Reports" Sharing, Scheduling, and Alerts creation. You will also be involved in managing EIBs (Inbound and Outbound), Core Connectors (Worker, Benefits), Calculated Fields, Document Transformation using XML, X-path, and XSLT, and Basic Studio Integrations. Additionally, you will work on Web services like SOAP, REST, and RAAS APIs. In the functional areas, you will focus on Core HCM, Time off, and Absence management. This includes managing Core HCM data such as Organizations, Positions, and Jobs, as well as Time off plans, Time offs, Accruals, Holiday calendars, Work Schedule Calendars, Period Schedules, Balance Periods, and Absence Tables. You will configure Leave of Absence settings, rules, and Business Processes. Moreover, you will handle Security Groups including User Based, Role Based, Intersection, Aggregation, Segment Based, ISSG, Organization and Location membership SGs. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years of Workday experience and a Graduation degree with at least 5 years of overall experience. Proficiency in Workday and HRIS systems is essential for this position.
