Job Description

As a Software Engineer at Capgemini, your role involves implementing and configuring Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions. Your responsibilities also include optimizing HR processes through effective use of Workday functionalities and ensuring data integrity across Workday and integrated systems. Additionally, you will work in the area of Software Engineering, applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems while developing, maintaining, and optimizing software solutions/applications. Your work will involve original thought, judgment, and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. You will also collaborate as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. Your profile as a Software Engineer at Capgemini includes enhancing system performance and user experience through continuous improvement, supporting Workday upgrades, new feature rollouts, and module expansions, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to end-users. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
