Job Description

As a Software Engineer at Capgemini, your role will involve implementing and configuring Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and optimize HR processes through the effective use of Workday functionalities. Ensuring data integrity across Workday and integrated systems will be a key responsibility.
