Workday Financial Consultant

As a Workday Financial Consultant, your role will involve ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's Financial Management solution. You will be expected to learn and understand clients" business requirements, design, build, configure, test, and support the Workday Financial Management system. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating custom reports as required and assisting the integration team in integration design and testing. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure successful implementation of Workday's Financial Management solution - Understand client's business requirements and design, build, configure, test, and support the Workday Financial Management system - Create custom reports as necessary - Assist integration team in integration design and testing Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience - Graduate with a bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance and/or IT related courses - Minimum of 2 years of Workday Financials Experience - 3-5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience as a Workday Financials Functional Consultant and/or Administrator with familiarity in different Financial Areas - Experience in Development and Testing - Certification in Workday Financials and other specialized modules is a plus - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments The company's hiring process includes screening (HR Round), Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, and Final HR Round.
