Workday Finance Functional - Associate Consulting Manager (Grants Management)

You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact and escalation between the North American and India project teams. It is essential to engineer packaged solutions efficiently to achieve faster configuration and allocate work from the North America team to India resources based on their skills, experience, and growth areas. You will also provide support and guidance to the India-based project team on troubleshooting roadblocks, task approaches, time management, and solutions investigation in Workday. Additionally, you will evaluate the deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and functionality, delivering direct and clear feedback to project resources in India and North America. Daily communication of progress updates from the India team to the North America team through compiling status reports is a crucial aspect of the role. You will evaluate and reallocate project work among India project resources as necessary to ensure timely task completion. Leading less experienced resources in collaborating with client resources to understand requirements, configure Workday, demonstrate solutions, address issues, and provide knowledge transfer will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, developing and delivering client-ready deliverables and communications through various means such as email, documents, Smartsheet comments, and meetings/recordings is a key component of the role. In a secondary capacity, you will be expected to provide technical Workday support and guidance to the broader Financials Team. This role requires a minimum of 8 to 14 years of experience and certification in Workday Finance P2P/R2R, with module-level certifications being highly preferable. The job location options include Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Noida. While being Workday Launch Certified is desired, it is not mandatory; however, prior Workday Launch project experience is preferred.,
