Plan and prioritize work, provide inputs across phases of delivery lifecycle, and report status/impediments. Lead/manage small implementation projects and launches, manage workload for team members, and ensure delivery milestones are met. Develop complex configurations, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads. Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support. Lead and support Data Conversion activities across modules (Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll). Coordinate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Clients for project delivery. Own end-to-end project responsibility, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities Deliver solutions in at least one Workday module: Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll. Conduct requirements gathering, define scope, and manage scope gaps. Collaborate with stakeholders for project success and ensure smooth delivery. Design Workday solutions based on client requirements and workbooks. Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts; support UAT and Workday feature releases. Mentor and coach team members. Manage production rollout, migration activities, and provide post-deployment support. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project issues. Drive operational excellence and transformational projects with measurable impact. Required Skills & Experience Strong technical & functional expertise in Workday modules. Hands-on experience in configuration, data conversion, reporting, and integrations. Minimum 12 years overall experience, with at least 5 years in Workday. Strong knowledge of Workday Project Lifecycle and Workday object model. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Adaptability to learn new skills and operate across multiple time zones. Education B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. (or equivalent). What Makes You Stand Out Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proven track record of delivering Workday solutions from conception to production. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global, and remote team environments.
