Workday Business Analyst – Workday & ServiceNow (Healthcare Domain)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Workday (HCM & Financials) and ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business solutions, particularly in the healthcare domain, with exceptional skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement. This is a remote role, with occasional onsite travel to New York. Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Leverage deep expertise in Workday HCM & Financials modules, data mapping, and integrations. Conduct end-to-end analysis of business processes, identifying areas for optimization and risk mitigation. Prepare comprehensive documentation including business requirements, user stories, use cases, UAT plans, and process flows. Facilitate and lead meetings with senior stakeholders, developers, testers, and cross-functional teams. Design and implement system and process improvements. Simultaneously manage multiple projects/tasks, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across various implementations. Provide functional guidance on ServiceNow CMDB modules. Support ongoing system upgrades, conversions, and deployment of new features. Mandatory Skills: 8+ years of Business Analyst experience, with significant exposure to the healthcare industry. 35 years of hands-on Workday experience (HCM and Financials), including data structures and integrations. 12 years of experience with ServiceNow (CMDB and other key modules such as HR, PPM). Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data validation and analysis. Strong process documentation skills using tools like Visio. Expertise in business requirement elicitation and user story documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Nice to Have: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. Project management skills or ability to handle multiple priorities independently. Familiarity with financial data analysis, indices, and performance returns.
