Workday Benefits consultant

As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting Workday's Benefits Solution. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Workday's Benefits Solution for the clients. To qualify for this role, it is essential to hold an active certification in Workday Benefits. Additionally, having a compensation certification would be advantageous. Any experience in other Workday modules will be considered as a valuable asset. Your expertise will be crucial in providing in-depth knowledge of the Workday product, along with offering solutions tailored to meet the unique business requirements of our partners. You will collaborate with the team to configure, develop, and test solutions effectively. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will be evident as you work both independently and collaboratively with your team members. Designing and supporting requirements within the Workday Benefits solution, such as health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, PTO, leave programs, and voluntary benefits, will be part of your core responsibilities. You will showcase your skills by creating proof of concepts, conducting testing, and contributing to the development of solutions for clients. By engaging in working sessions with clients, you will gather and analyze their business requirements, ensuring they leverage Workday's standard methodologies effectively. Staying abreast of Workday release updates and understanding their impact on the existing configurations will be essential. You will be responsible for resolving functional issues and implementing complex business scenarios to enhance the client's experience. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying scales and durations, will be a critical aspect of this role.
