Workday Analyst - Core HR

As a Workday Analyst specializing in Core HR, your primary responsibility will be to provide support for Workday Core HCM configuration and maintenance within a large, global enterprise setting. This includes creating and managing Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs) for data loads and updates across various Core HR processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with configuring and maintaining business processes and employment contract templates. Your role will also involve assisting in unit testing, tracking issues, and resolving them during enhancement and release cycles. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining Workday documents and templates that are utilized in HR transactions. A strong understanding of Workday Business Processes related to Core HR, experience with EIBs and Workday Reports, as well as proficiency in working with Workday calculated fields and condition rules will be essential for success in this position. Preferred experience for this role includes exposure to global mobility processes and cross-border employee movements. It is advantageous to have prior experience working in multi-country environments, with a good understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR and Works Council requirements. Familiarity with Workday hierarchies including supervisory orgs, cost centers, and location hierarchies is beneficial. The ability to create custom reports to meet business process and operational needs, along with a track record in knowledge sharing, documentation, and training delivery, will be highly valued. While a Workday Core HCM certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
