Workday Absence and Time tracking consultant

As a Workday Absence and Time tracking consultant, your role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and configuring Workday to meet client needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Integrations to ensure seamless data flow. Conducting unit testing, end-to-end testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) are essential responsibilities. Troubleshooting configuration issues and providing post-implementation support are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and process guides. Working closely with clients to offer expert guidance on best practices and process optimization is crucial. You will also support periodic Workday releases, regression testing, and enhancement requests. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements - Design solutions and configure Workday - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Conduct testing and support user acceptance testing - Troubleshoot configuration issues - Develop and maintain documentation and guides - Provide expert guidance to clients - Support Workday releases and enhancement requests Qualifications Required: - End-to-end implementation experience in at least one of the mentioned modules - Strong understanding of time calculation rules, accruals, time entry, and absence plans - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and client-facing skills In addition to the required qualifications, having experience with global implementations or multi-country rollouts is preferred.
