Work Supervisor

PGS Projects Pvt. Ltd., a reputed name in construction, is hiring a Work Supervisor to manage and oversee daily civil site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, timely execution, and labor coordination at various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil works such as RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, etc.
• Monitor labor, material usage, and progress as per project schedule
• Ensure execution as per civil drawings and site instructions
• Maintain daily work records, attendance & site reporting
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure site safety, quality standards, and work discipline

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in civil construction work supervision
• Ability to read civil drawings & manage labor effectively
• Good communication and basic reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
