Role Overview: As a Solution Provider in this role, your main objective is to bridge the gap between technology and business expertise to deliver effective client solutions. You will be responsible for driving new business implementation projects, providing techno-functional support, and ensuring the successful integration and deployment of ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Bridge the gap between project and support teams by leveraging your techno-functional expertise - Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from requirement management to production deployment - Assess the feasibility of change requirements and deliver optimal solutions with clear timelines - Provide support for new business implementations by building systems from scratch and supporting the solutioning team throughout the development process - Collaborate on architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation activities - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production activities - Implement business processes and requirements on ERP systems to deliver effective solutions - Write code following developmental standards and determine implementation methodologies - Offer product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, resolving client queries and technical issues - Develop and deploy automation tools to optimize processes and enhance efficiency - Act as a bridge between technical and functional project requirements, providing solutioning and advice to clients and internal teams - Support on-site managers with necessary details for any changes and provide off-site support as required Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in a similar role - Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications periodically to upgrade skills - Attend trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in functional and technical domains - Contribute to the completion of papers, articles, and case studies for publication on the intranet Additional Company Details: Wipro is undergoing a process of reinvention, aiming to become a modern and end-to-end digital transformation partner with ambitious goals.
