Description
Responsibilities: We are looking for a talented WordPress Designer and Developer with strong Elementor & other WordPress page builders experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and developing visually compelling, user friendly, functional websites using Elementor and WordPress. You should be confident working with custom themes, plugins, and dynamic content solutions. Your primary focus will be on designing, building and customizing WordPress websites that are responsive, performant, and user-friendly. - Design and modify WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to meet specific project requirements and enhance overall functionality - Create custom themes from scratch or customize existing ones, ensuring they are responsive and user-friendly - Integrate third-party APIs, such as payment gateways and CRM systems, to improve website capabilities - Monitor and maintain website performance and security, applying best practices to protect against potential threats - Implement dynamic content using Elementors loop builder, custom queries, and ACF - Optimize website performance (Core Web Vitals, speed, caching) - Ensure responsive, cross-browser compatibility and W3C standards Technical Skills: - 2+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress development - Strong proficiency with Elementor Pro, including Loop Grids and Theme Builder - Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, template hierarchy, hooks, and filters - Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), CPTs, and custom taxonomies - Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, page builder tools (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg) - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design - Strong hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or similar - Implement best practices for SEO and ensure websites are search engine friendly - Good understanding of RESTful API services with JSON data structure - Hands-on experience with Git repositories (gitlab, github, bitbucket) and agile project tools such as JIRA - Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as Angular/React/Vue.js/Next.js - Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Portfolio showcasing Elementor-based WordPress projects - Experience with multilingual website development - Apply best practices in coding, performance optimization, and accessibility - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently - Good experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology - Thorough attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines Softskills: - Passion for UI/UX designing and development - Committed team player - Clarity of thoughts and excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Should be able to present ideas and thoughts clearly - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Agile development - Zeal and enthusiasm for learning and exploring new avenues
