Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a WordPress Tech Lead located in Ahmedabad. The WordPress Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of WordPress projects, including plugin and theme development, site optimization, and performance tuning. Daily tasks include managing a team of developers, ensuring project timelines are met, troubleshooting website issues, and staying updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in WordPress development, plugin and theme customization
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Ability to manage and lead a team of developers and ensure project deliverables
• Strong knowledge in site optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with content management, online marketing strategies, and brand management
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with other CMS platforms and web technologies is a plus
