WordPress Developer

As a WordPress Developer, your role will involve developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. You will be responsible for converting Figma/PSD/wireframes into fully functional WordPress sites, ensuring website performance, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness. Your duties will also include troubleshooting and resolving website issues, bugs, and compatibility challenges. Implementing best practices for SEO, security, and website maintenance will be crucial. Collaboration with designers and content creators to align website aesthetics with brand guidelines is essential. Additionally, integrating third-party tools, APIs, and plugins as needed, and staying updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and updates are part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. - Convert Figma/PSD/wireframes into fully functional WordPress sites. - Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness. - Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and compatibility challenges. - Implement best practices for SEO, security, and website maintenance. - Collaborate with designers and content creators to align website aesthetics with brand guidelines. - Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins as needed. - Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and updates. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role. - Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. - Hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.). - Familiarity with SEO principles, website analytics, and security practices. - Experience with responsive and cross-browser development. - Knowledge of Git or other version control systems is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
