As a talented WordPress Developer with a minimum of 6 months experience, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development. Your role will include the Implementation/ Development/Customization of WordPress themes and plugins, site integration, and regular updates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a unique website in WordPress using themes or plugins via front-end style customization. - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements. - Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. - Design and build unique templates from scratch with HTML, CSS & JS. - Create the website architecture. - Design and manage the website back-end including database and server integration. - Generate WordPress themes and plugins. - Conduct website performance tests. - Troubleshoot content issues. - Monitor the performance of the live website. - Ability to independently handle tasks and set priorities. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven work experience as a WordPress developer. - Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery. - Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN. - Ability to manage projects. - Good communication skills. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
