This role involves end-to-end development using WordPress, including hosting setup, custom admin features, payment gateway integration, user roles, property listing modules, and communication tools (SMS/Email/WhatsApp).

Your focus is purely website development and hosting.

‘’z\ Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development (WordPress)

• Build fully responsive, high-performance websites using WordPress (Elementor/Enfold/Astra or other themes).
• Create custom post types for property listings (Residential, Commercial, Rentals).
• Develop custom pages:
• Home
• Property Listings
• Single Property Detail Page
• Agent/Owner Dashboard
• Contact/Inquiry Page
• Subscription Plans Page

2. Admin Panel & User Management

• Set up WordPress admin with role-based permissions (Admin, Agent, Property Owner).

• Create a user portal where property owners can:
• Add/Edit/View properties
• View subscription status
• Manage profile
• Implement a property approval workflow (Admin can Approve/Reject listings with reason).

3. Communication Tools

• Integrate and configure:
• SMS Gateway (Twilio/TextLocal)
• Email Gateway (SMTP / SendGrid)
• WhatsApp Connect (via official plugins/APIs)

4. Payment Gateway Integration

• Implement and configure:
• Razorpay
• Stripe
• Support for subscription plans (monthly/yearly).
• Store transaction logs in admin panel.

5. Hosting & Deployment

• Set up hosting on:
• Shared Hosting / Reseller Hosting (Hostinger / SiteGround / Cloudways)
• or WordPress-managed hosting
• Handle domain mapping, SSL, Cloudflare setup, and server configuration.
• Deploy staging production workflow.

6. Media & Storage

• Manage property images with optimization.
• Optional experience in Cloud Storage (S3/Cloudinary) is a plus.

7. Testing & Quality Checks

• Responsive testing across devices
• Browser compatibility
• Load testing for property-heavy pages
• Security hardening
• Backup solutions
