About the job Wolf Insights is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to create a qualified pipeline and help convert interest into revenue. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys outreach, discovery, and coordinating with sales and marketing to move prospects to the next step. Responsibilities Generate qualified appointments through targeted outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, events). Research target accounts and decision-makers; personalize outreach with relevant insights and use cases. Run discovery to understand prospect goals, challenges, timeline, and success criteria; document clear next steps. Partner with Sales and Marketing to activate campaigns, follow up on inbound leads, and refine messaging. Book demos/meetings and deliver high‑quality handoffs to AEs; close low‑complexity opportunities when appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or client-facing roles with measurable results. Excellent written and verbal communication; confident on calls and in discovery conversations. Strong time management, organization, and follow‑through; comfortable with CRM tools and sequences.
